I am strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer based in PureGym Edinburgh Craigleith helping busy professionals, beginners, and experienced gym-goers achieve their health and fitness goals with custom training plans designed around their lifestyle and goals. 

 

I am a local personal trainer working with clients from Craigleith and surrounding areas including Stockbridge, Comely Bank, Blackhall, and West Edinburgh.

I have a particular passion for helping adults over 40 reclaim their fitness and health by becoming stronger, leaner, and more confident. Personal Training - 

One on one individual training tailored specifically to meet your needs and achieve your goals. We begin with a one on one, in person consultation where we discuss your needs, your goals, your health and current level of fitness, and we will then form a plan for you to achieve those goals with one on one personal training sessions following an individual programme designed specifically for you. I cater to all ages and fitness levels. This option also includes online coaching and access to my coaching app.

Small Group Training

Small groups (up to four people) training together.  A fun and enjoyable option for those who want to work out with friends.

Individual Programme Design

Custom designed programmes for more experienced lifters who may have found they are struggling to continue making gains. We will discuss your goals, your current training, and review your technique before writing a custom programme for you to follow in your own time.

Strength and Conditioning for Athletes

Custom designed strength and conditioning programmes for athletes looking to improve general strength and conditioning levels in order to improve sports performance. I cater to athletes at all levels, including juniors, and offer both one on one sessions or take away programme design to train yourself.

Whether you need complex programming, instruction in how to correctly perform movements, including the Olympic lifts, or just help to refine existing skills, I can help you achieve your performance goals.

Online Coaching -

Custom designed strength and conditioning programs, online coaching, and access to my online coaching app, giving you the freedom to train anywhere, at the times that suit you.

With my online coaching package, you will have access to your programming, instructional video tutorials, and the ability to upload videos for critique and feedback on your technique, as well as in app messaging for communication with me regarding your programme, your training, as well as nutrition and lifestyle advice to ensure your training sessions provide the best possible results.
